About me
Tim Dale is the Chief Technology Officer for Northwest Allen County Schools, where he oversees district technology strategy and infrastructure. He has worked closely with facilities teams, architects, and contractors to manage technology through multiple construction and expansion projects, including new school buildings and district facilities. These experiences have reinforced the importance of early planning, strong communication, and collaboration when technology and construction intersect. At the Indiana CTO Conference, he will share practical lessons learned and real-world strategies for successfully managing technology during construction projects.
