Dr. Chantell Manahan is the Director of Technology for MSD of Steuben County and serves as Chair of the Indiana CTO Council and Treasurer of the CoSN Board. A former classroom teacher turned systems leader, she focuses on building practical, people-centered edtech systems that reduce confusion and strengthen trust. Chantell is the author of Capes Optional, Communication Essential, host of the Leading Out Loud podcast, and founder of Leading, Laughing, & Learning. She believes edtech leadership is amplified not by spotlights alone, but by sound systems that make good work carry.
