Jill Coss is the Director of Instructional Technology at ClassLink, where she’s spent the past six years helping schools implement innovative technology to help maximize instructional time and streamline processes. With over 20 years of experience in customer service—including roles in the education space and as a registered nurse—Jill brings a unique, people-first perspective to her work. A former ClassLink user herself, she understands firsthand the impact ClassLink brings to a district and is passionate about creating seamless and supportive experiences.
