Jenna Cooper is the Director of Technology & Innovation at the Central Indiana Educational Service Center (CIESC), supporting 35 member districts through strategic leadership in AI integration, professional development, and data privacy. With 15 years of experience in K-12 educational technology, she has led district-wide innovation efforts, rebuilt tech teams, and aligned systems with instructional goals. A Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL), Jenna has held key roles with the Indiana CoSN State Chapter and the Hoosier Educational Computer Coordinators (HECC) organization. Known for her collaborative, service-driven leadership style, Jenna is passionate about empowering educators and building future-ready educational systems across Indiana.
