2026 INCTO Clinic

I'm a lifelong educator who thought he would be working for the US Olympic Committee when he got out of school, but things worked out differently! I taught HS science was an adjunct at Indiana University and got into EdTech. I retired from the district in 2022 as CTO & COO MSD of Wayne after 24 years leading their IT and Facilities efforts. We were avid users and advocates of ClassLink, sometimes serving as "poster boy". When I was with the district, my EdTech integration efforts focused on providing technical innovations to provide students greater success via multiple pathways to graduation. I was elected to the CoSN National Board in 2014 and served as national CoSN Board chair and completed my board service this year. I'm founding Chair of the Indiana Chief Technology Officer’s Council, chair the Indiana DOE K12 Cyber Security Task Force and CTO mentorship program and now serve as Executive Director of the Council. I believe that technology can enhance learning and opportunity for all students.  
When I get free I enjoy hiking and exploring with my wife and fly fishing.
