We'll share artifacts you can copy (RACI/DACI, 90-day plan, policy one-pagers, access matrices, stewardship roles), call out pitfalls (shadow apps, OU chaos, "policy theater"), and highlight wins (faster access requests, cleaner SIS data, trusted dashboards).
